Ages: YOUTH QB Group: 10 -13 yrs old
Where: Community School of Naples; 13275 Livingston Rd, Naples, FL 34109
When: Sunday 9 am – 11 am
Quarterbacks are encouraged (Not Required) to bring a receiver to catch
Focus: FIELD & CLASSROOM (X’s & O’s)
• Footwork. Not just drills. Understanding base & balance and being critical. Where weight should be distributed.
• Throwing Mechanics: We study actual 3D motion of NFL & College quarterbacks. We understand human movement and what is correct and not correct in upper & lower body movements. You will become more efficient & accurate
• Situational football: The correct drops with routes, angles and types of throws, how to use your eyes. Throwing from different platforms & launch points

• Building a strong foundation- Training QB’s since 2009. Over 25 NFL quarterbacks and hundreds of quarterbacks from youth through the college level.
