Small Group Quarterback Training
Description: Small group training. High School and Youth groups are separated. Youth QB focus on balance, posture, footwork, situational football, and throwing mechanics which derive from 3D motion principles. There is also a focus of teaching shoulder and arm care, proper warmups, and mechanical inefficiencies
High School quarterbacks will receive more advanced training, drills, shoulder and arm care, arm speed drills, footwork, and a specific focus on each quarterbacks deficiencies
Ages: 10-18 yrs old
Location: Cardinal Gibbons High School (Ft. Lauderdale)
Time: 10 am – 12 pm
What to bring: Cleats, Football, Something to Drink
All participants must be registered and paid prior to the start of the session. No Walk-Ups.
