The start of the 2017 football season is just days away. Mastrole quarterback academy offers in season training and development camps/clinics for youth and high school quarterbacks. MQA 2 hour clinics, on Sunday’s, focus on 4 areas. The delivery signature, functional strength, superior decision making, and leadership. During the season there is limited time for a starting or non starting quarterback to hone in on these 4 areas. Practices are focused on the next opponent, X’s and O’s, offensive schemes, and building continuous chemistry with your teammates. At MQA we understand the importance of mental and physical preparation as well as maintenance. Our IDQC’s (In Season Development QB Camps) focus on a personalized approach for each quarterback. Continuing to build and maintain the delivery signature through patterning and sequencing drills. 3D motion derived training for each athlete. This includes foot speed, balance, and posture so you are at your peak performance levels well into October or your teams run to the state championship come December. Our functional strength maintenance program keeps you firing on all cylinders throughout the weak. We identify the areas breaking down through high speed and game film then make the necessary corrections for each QB. Superior decision making and leadership are the focus during our classroom film study sessions. We provide the cliff notes and cheat codes with our step by step teachings and methods.
